Problem
Nursery schools rely heavily on documentation to track children’s growth and communicate with parents. However, many educators struggle with fragmented tools, manual processes, and time-consuming workflows.
• Story creation: Simplify documentation of daily learning moments.
• Student management: Centralized profiles & learning history.
• Learning documentation: Structured outcomes & media.
• Classroom organization: Assign students & educators, group tracking.
Process
We followed a user-centered design approach with multiple iterations and testing phases to ensure the final solution met both business goals and user needs.
• Research & Interviews: Mapped educator workflows and identified inefficiencies in daily documentation tasks.
• User Flows & Structure: Designed clear navigation and simplified flows for story creation and student management.
• Interface & Interaction Design: Built modular UI components and consistent interaction patterns across the dashboard.
• Testing & Iteration: Validated usability through testing and refined flows based on feedback.
