Services are delivered based on the agreed scope in project contracts. Any changes to scope may result in adjusted fees.

4. Payments

All payments must be made according to the agreed pricing plan or project agreement. Invoices are due within 14 days of receipt unless otherwise specified.

Late payments may result in suspension of services and could incur interest charges. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, code, and deliverables remain the property of our agency until full payment is received. Upon complete payment, ownership transfers to the client as specified in the agreement.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of our website or services without explicit written permission.

Ownership transfer

Deliverables are yours only after full settlement. Until then, all rights remain with the agency.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. Sections that by nature should survive termination shall survive (including IP, liability, governing law).

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us during the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to liability.
